Terms and Conditions

1. Orders must be in writing on the order form or in an email. 
2. Orders must be paid for in full before we post to you. 
3. We do not charge VAT. 
4. We require at least 4 weeks’ notice for personalised orders that include new artwork or a printing die to be made for typesetting. 
5. Orders for Stock rosettes can be posted within 3-5 days of receipt of order (or sooner). 
6. You must notify us of the DATE OF THE EVENT to ensure that we can deliver in time for your event. 
7. All postage and packaging is at cost pending order size. We also use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. 
8. Please report any loss of damage in posting or shortages or missing items IMMEDIATELY to us. 
9. If you are dissatisfied with your rosettes, please tell us and allow us to put things right for you. All our products are handmade and therefore there may be some small differences between the rosettes.
